Start your day with a quick glance at your notifications tab (located, as of this writing Word Recon, at the top right of your page). In a couple of seconds, you can see who has most recently interacted with you. Based on that, you can respond accordingly.
My favorite part about Janet is that she implements a video right there on her homepage and invites you to know her. Now, here’s a tip about networking; it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. So, don’t you think it is smart that the first thing she does is invite you to know her personally? I agree. You see for myself and wonderful webbers like Janet, It has taken years to figure it out, and once we did our first goal was to share that information.
Choose a topic for your target audience. Don’t make this into a huge product. Pick something relatively narrow within a major topic. So, for example, if the main topic is “internet marketing”, choose something that fits within that category like “article marketing”, or you could go even further and narrow it down to “keyword research for article marketing”.
Don’t waste your reader’s time. People are busy and they don’t’ have time to wade through most of your email to find what they want. Make your content relevant and interesting. Have a linked table of contents at the top of your newsletter email so they can click right to what interests them.
